KINGA WIECZOREK

Kinga Wieczorek (1988) – visual artist, curator (exhibitions)

I graduated cum laude at Zielona Góra Lyceum of visual arts in 2008, specialising in visual advertising, painting and art history.

From 2009-2016 I exhibited and sold work regularly through “Galerie Pretekst” in Krakow. In 2016 my work was used in the Polish film “The Art of Loving, Story of Michalina Wislocka”.

In the Netherlands I have exhibited since 2009. In my atelier/gallery I teach paint classes and my works are spread all across the world – Germany, Poland, France, the United States, Mexico, Australia and more.

Since early 2018 I have been a member of Stichtijg Tengel – the primary platform for independent visual artists in Zaandam and the surrounding area. On March 3, 2019 I became the proud founder and proprietor of Galerie Blauw at Het Blauwe Pand in Zaandam.

The techniques I use are varied, ranging from oil paint, acrylics, dry pastels, ink, pencil and even nail polish.
